Josh co-founded Great Lakes Landscaping in 2021 after attending Edinboro University for business finance. He simultaneously worked for landscaping companies with the ultimate goal of starting one. Josh assists in all aspects of Great Lakes Landscaping and is constantly looking for new ways to expand the business and offer better services for all of our customers. He enjoys competing in many sports such as football, climbing, and snowboarding.

Dillon co-founded Great Lakes Landscaping in 2021 in pursuit of the goal to become a business owner. He formerly was employed at Dick’s Sporting Goods where he was a supervisor, honing in on his customer relations and team management skills that he now adds to our team. Dillon is a large part of all that goes on at Great Lakes Landscaping and continually puts all his effort in improving the business. He is an avid sports fan and can be found at all the Steelers home games and also has a passion for traveling. 

Dylan joined the Great Lakes Landscaping team in 2024 after moving to Erie from Lexinton, KY where he also was involved in landscaping for a number of years. He also creates reels and takes job photos for all the Great Lakes Landscaping social media platforms. In his free time he enjoys working out and being a dad. 

Ryan has been part of the Great Lakes Landscaping team since we were founded in 2021 and has continually served a bigger role each year. Ryan is a foreman for many of our jobs and also is responsible for hiring new employees and job scheduling. He is an avid sports fan and spends much of his free time as a coach for the Girard Varsity Baseball team.
